Freddy Paske, an accomplished artists and former military man, is pleased to host Heropreneurs at his debut art exhibition Animals in Motion.
This includes a collection of paintings and drawings created since his departure from the Army in early 2016. All works are for sale and are also shown alongside three guest artists.
Continuing the unconventional creative spin on a Heropreneurs evening, Freddy will be joined by photographer David Mackay (also ex-military) to discuss their recent joint venture.
Using their respective mediums they will work with and document anti-poaching teams on the African continent to raise money and awareness for a drastically underfunded but vital profession.
It will be a great opportunity to not only appreciate the fine works on display but also hear Freddy's story about leaving the military to pursue a career in the arts, the hurdles he had to overcome, as well as top tips for budding entrepreneurs.
As always, our events are also great places to meet like-minded people, share stories and swap business advice.
Heropreneurs help serving (regular and reserves), spouses and ex-service men and women develop their ideas and give them the mentoring, networking and confidence to try to reduce the risks inherent in starting and growing a business.
Many of these mentors are business people with significant experience of small businesses who have not served themselves but who are willing to give a couple of hours per month to help those who have served.
The event price covers our event costs (including a drink or two) with all profits going to the charity.
The venue has generously given us the room free of charge.
Dress code is whatever you fancy and we hope you'll join us for an inspiring, humorous and enlivening evening!
Ticket information can be found on our Eventbrite page.
