Heropreneur of the Year 2025

This is the top award being presented at the Heropreneurs Awards 2025. It recognises an individual who has established or is leading a successful business and serves as a positive influence within the military business community. Success can be demonstrated in various ways, including growth, profitability, flexibility, and overcoming challenges.

Entry Criteria

• Military Affiliation: Nominees must be veterans, reservists, or serving members of the UK Armed Forces, or military spouses, partners, or young people from a UK military family.

• Successful Business: Nominees must have created and/or are running a successful business. They may or may not be supporting other veterans through that business.

• Age and Size: The nominee's business can be any age or size.

• Availability: Should the nominee win the Award, they must be able to attend the Heropreneurs Awards on the 3 November in London.

• Mission Alignment: The business should demonstrate a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and contributing positively to society.
