Heropreneurs Awards 2021 'Technology Business of the Year' Winner.

We are delighted to announce this year’s winner for the ‘Technology Business of the Year 2021’ award sponsored by Amazon Web Services and TechVets.

This award recognises a business whose main area of operation is in technology – either

focusing on the development and manufacturing of technology or providing technology as a service. This winner showed how their technology is the cornerstone of their business and highlighted the benefits that it brings to its end users.

We are thrilled that this year’s award goes to Hexitime.

AWS is committed to supporting the veteran community, who continue to do so much in

the giving to society after they have finished serving in the military. This is why we were keen to support ‘Heropreneurs Techology Business of the Year award 2021.

This year we saw a wide range of exceptional businesses, from those who were still developing a great idea, to those working to make their ideas and concepts financially viable. We were especially impressed with this year’s winner who demonstrated outstanding community service.

Congratulations to all entrants and wish them the best of luck as they continue to innovate to pursue their dreams.’

James Murphy, CEO at TechVets, tells us ‘We are absolutely delighted to be supporting ‘Heropreneurs Business of the Year’ award this year.

TechVets is involved with this year’s award as we work across the UK’s tech sector and ideally what we want to do is to showcase veterans’ skills, their experience they bring and the value that they add to a business. It was exciting being on this year’s judging panel, there were so many fantastic candidates, and it was very difficult to choose between the shortlist and the finalists. Those nominated showed incredible ambitions as true entrepreneurs which was great to see. Their businesses providing unique technological products and services that highlighted their knowledge of industry, business management, teamwork, leadership skills, innovation, and imagination which they had an abundance, all of which showcase the valuable kills that veterans possess.

A huge congratulations to this year’s winner award, amazing work, and congratulations to all that were nominated, and I wish you all the best with your exciting businesses in the future.’
