The team behind the day-to-day running of Heropreneurs is a dedicated group of subject matter experts with a wealth of experience across industry, the armed forces and entrepreneurship.
Becci joined Heropreneurs after four years with RMA - The Royal Marines Charity - as their Employment and Education Manager where she was responsible for the design and delivery of their strategy to support vulnerable leavers and veterans into sustainable and rewarding employment. Prior to this, she honed her ex-military employment skills with the social enterprise SaluteMyJob.
Becci is a keen participant of the COBSEO Employment Cluster and enjoys strong working relationships with MOD resettlement services, CTP and other key UK military charities, ensuring collaborative working and always seeking to secure the best possible outcome for the beneficiary.
A Registered Career Development Professional, Becci is a qualified Careers Advisor, combining her ongoing professional development with practical and commercial experience and applying them to the unique circumstances of the UK’s diverse military community.
Becci currently lives in Devon with her Royal Marine husband, young daughter and dog (a Leonberger cross called Duke) and previously spent several years in Arbroath, Scotland. She is a keen baker and enjoys long walks exploring the South West Coast Path and surrounding Devon countryside.

With a background in academic publishing, Rob has run his own business since 2014, and loves being part of the team to share the stories of all the amazing people in the Heropreneurs community.
Rob is originally from Mid Wales, now living in Yorkshire with his wife, three children and their over-excited cockapoo, Oscar. In his spare time, he is a keen actor and musical theatre performer and is frequently seen treading the boards of the theatres of West Yorkshire.
Mentorship Programme Manager
Amy co-ordinates our mentoring programme and is tasked with making sure that our mentors and mentees have a great experience.
Amy says, "Working with our amazing mentees and volunteer mentors is a real honour and I feel we are very lucky to get to be part of their business journey in a very small way".
When Amy is not working with Heropreneurs, she is a freelance administrator and illustrator and loves (loves, loves) to draw.
Marketing and Events Coordinator
Jenny joined Heropreneurs after three years running her own business where she gained in depth knowledge of social media and strategies to leverage reach and growth. She has also worked with small businesses, brands, and companies to increase their online presence. It is from this that her passion for creating innovative, visual, and written content grew.
Jenny currently lives in Somerset, with her husband who is serving in the Royal Marines, her young son and two dogs. In her spare time, she creates imagery and content for brands, designs macrame pieces and enjoys gardening.
